- · Prong tightening and stone re-setting inspections annually.
- · Warranty against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.
- · Remove your ring before swimming, showering, or applying lotion and perfume.
- · Store in the presentation box or a soft pouch — never loose alongside other jewelry.
- · Clean at home with warm, mildly soapy water and a soft brush. Dry with a lint-free cloth.
- · Book us for a professional polish once a year.
Each piece is made-to-order and ships within 3–4 weeks. Complimentary insured delivery across the UAE; AED 200 flat to selected Arab countries.

Because each ring is made-to-order, returns and exchanges for size or change of mind are not offered. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video, and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Every diamond we set is a certified natural stone, sourced through Kimberley Process–compliant channels. Our metals — 925 sterling silver and 18-karat white gold — are hallmarked and traceable to their refinery of origin.
