Our rings are made-to-order in your exact size. If you're unsure, we recommend measuring an existing ring or using a string as shown in the guide — the guide also lists mm and US conversions.

• Store your ring in its presentation box away from moisture, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Manufacturing defects: report within 72 hours of delivery, with a continuous unboxing video as proof. We repair or replace at no charge.
• Complimentary re-polishing and warranty repairs are offered for manufacturing defects only.

• Across the UAE — complimentary, insured hand-delivery once your ring is ready.
• Selected Arab countries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon) — flat AED 200. Customs and duties may apply at destination.

• Because each ring is made-to-order, returns and exchanges for size or change of mind are not offered. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video, and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
